First Specialized Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Cibao Region.
Last Saturday, February 19, the Cibao Center for Advanced Plastic Surgery was inaugurated, with the presence of distinguished personalities from the Francomacorisana Society, several past Presidents and outstanding members of the Dominican Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery ( SODOCIPRE). The opening ceremony was held on the front esplanade of the institution and was blessed by the Bishop of the Diocese of San Francisco de Macorís, Monsignor Jesús María de Jesús Moya. The Master of Ceremony was in charge of the former Miss Dominican Republic, Renata Soñé.

The Director of the Center and President of the Dominican Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Dr. Aniceto Rodríguez, explained the different Services offered by CIPLACI, emphasized Mission, Vision and Values of the Institution. I also point out that institutions such as CIPLACI are optimizing and diversifying the Quality services of Plastic Surgery in the Dominican Republic. In the Act was recognized one of the Pioneers of the Dominican Plastic Surgery Dr. Ivanhoe Baez designated with his name of Room of Surgery of the Center and Dr. Marcos Núñez Cuervo, by his contributions to the teaching in the medicine, whose name was him To the Conference Room.
